Student Counseling & Admissions:
- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding international study options, university selection, and admission requirements.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting admission applications to universities.
- Keep updated on entry requirements, scholarship opportunities, and deadlines for partner universities.
Visa Processing:
- Guide students on visa documentation, financial requirements, and application processes.
- Assist with the completion and submission of visa applications.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and regulations of different countries.
Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with university representatives to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups for student applications.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers for timely submission and processing of visa files.
Documentation Review:
- Review and verify all documents submitted by students for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with admission and visa policies to avoid errors or rejections.
