Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our INVEREX Authorized Dealership in Jhelum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling INVEREX solar products, including inverters, batteries, and solar panels, to residential and commercial customers. This is an onsite role requiring strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Actively approach and assist walk-in customers, explaining INVEREX product features, benefits, and pricing.
Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed sales.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of INVEREX solar systems to potential buyers.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor products, and government policies affecting solar adoption.
Lead Follow-Up: Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain daily sales records and provide weekly performance reports to the manager.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent; diploma/degree in sales or electrical trade is a plus.

Experience: 1+ years in sales (preferably in solar, electronics, or related fields). Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply.

Skills:

Excellent Urdu/Punjabi communication (English is a plus).
Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of solar systems (training will be provided).
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: PKR 25,000 per month.
Commission: Competitive percentage on every sale (uncapped earning potential).
