We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to join our Customer Care team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries, quotes, and orders across live chat, phone, and email, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Provide tailored advice and recommendations to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Proactively upsell AA Labels’ products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring every interaction is followed up in writing.
  • Drive sales growth through consultative approaches and quotation conversion.
  • Follow up on sample orders and quotations to maximise order conversions.
  • Support colleagues and ensure seamless team coverage during absences or peak times.
  • Manage and oversee customer complaints, returns, and artwork-related queries to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Track and monitor express orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge

  • Strong mathematical understanding, including geometry and measurements.
  • Expertise in customer care and relationship management.
  • Consultative sales and quotation conversion techniques.

(Knowledge of the label industry is a plus, but don’t worry – we’ll provide full training!)

Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication.
  • Professional telephone presence and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Time management and multitasking in high-pressure situations.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel).

Qualities

  • A positive “can-do” attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Empathy and customer-focused problem-solving.
  • Ownership and accountability for seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply technical knowledge effectively.

Working Hours

12:00 pm – 09:00 pm (Monday – Friday)

Adjusted for UK daylight saving hours.
