Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide timely and accurate information on products and services
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally

Issue Resolution:

Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution

Customer Relationship Management:
