Project Planning & Execution
- Assist the project manager in creating detailed project plans, including schedules, tasks, and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Ensure all team members have the necessary resources to complete tasks.
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as the point of contact between project stakeholders and team members.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across departments and external partners.
Documentation & Reporting
- Track and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Risk Management
- Identify and assess potential risks or challenges.
- Proactively suggest solutions to mitigate risks.
Budget & Resource Management
- Support the project manager in tracking budgets and expenditures.
- Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing.
Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrial, Electronics, Mechatronics
- [1-3] years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Odoo).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
