Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain a customer database and record all sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve better results.

Requirements:

Experience: Fresher or at least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and phone systems.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment: Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
