Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements :

The applicants must possess exceptional writing skills and fluency in spoken English
The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in international customer support/call centres is a plus.
