Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems (e.g., printer issues, software malfunctions).
Respond to help desk requests, either via phone, email, or chat.
Assist users with setting up and configuring devices and software applications.
Assist with user account creation, password resets, and permissions management.
Help ensure that security protocols are followed for sensitive data and systems.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment (computers, printers, etc.).
Track and manage IT supplies and hardware replacement needs.
Assist in monitoring and implementing cyber security measures (e.g., antivirus software, firewalls, and data encryption).
Help ensure company devices are protected against malware and unauthorized access.
