We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create detailed financial models.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and support planning.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
- Support senior management with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- CA, ACCA, or CFA qualified.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
