We are looking for a skilled and proactive Management Information System (MIS) Manager to lead and manage the development and maintenance of our ERP system, collaborate with the backend team, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  1. ERP Development and Collaboration:

    • Lead the development, customization, and optimization of the ERP system, working closely with the backend development team to ensure system enhancements meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate ERP solutions to improve business processes.
  2. Server Management:

    • Oversee the management and maintenance of servers supporting ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
    • Monitor server health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  3. Error Query Resolution:

    • Address and resolve ERP-related error queries and technical issues promptly.
    • Work closely with end-users to understand issues, provide effective solutions, and ensure user satisfaction.
  4. Constant ERP Development:

    • Continually evaluate and recommend improvements to the ERP system to enhance functionality and performance.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and trends, integrating new features or solutions that drive business efficiency.
  5. IT Inventory Management:

    • Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and network resources.
    • Ensure all IT assets are tracked, maintained, and properly allocated within the organization.
    • Oversee the procurement of IT equipment and resources as necessary.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain documentation related to ERP configurations, system processes, and IT inventory.
    • Prepare regular reports on ERP performance, server status, and inventory management for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications in ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP development, IT systems management, and server administration.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and back-end systems.
  • Strong understanding of server management, database administration, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with coding, system integration, and troubleshooting ERP-related issues.
  • Familiarity with IT inventory management tools and practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve ERP-related issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in managing IT teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and modern development methodologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
