We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounts receivable operations of the company, supporting the accounting department with tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, data entry, record-keeping, and follow-up on outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks including reconciling accounts, setting up projects, processing invoices, and marking payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Help with accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile accounts receivables accounts
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and records.
- Assist in monitoring the company’s compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial data.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite) is an asset.
