SITEC (PVT) LTD is a globally recognized manufacturer specializing in high-quality surgical instruments. Known for its commitment to precision and excellence, the company serves clients worldwide and is currently expanding its team in Pakistan. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across the organization. This role involves managing a small team, overseeing tax matters, and maintaining effective communication with banks and company directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparation of financial statements, and bank reconciliations.
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 1–2 accounting staff members.
- Handle tax-related responsibilities for both the company and its directors, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with banks, internal stakeholders, and company directors to support smooth financial operations.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and uphold strong internal controls throughout all accounting processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and ERP software (training will be provided) to efficiently complete financial tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- ACCA qualification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness and ability to learn and operate custom ERP systems.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
