Salesforce Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs. They leverage their expertise in Salesforce tools, Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to create seamless workflows, integrate third-party applications, and optimize the Salesforce platform.

Their role includes analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting issues, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring the platform aligns with the company's objectives. Salesforce Developers collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other team members to deliver scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring data integrity and enhancing user experiences. Additionally, they stay updated on Salesforce updates and best practices to maximize platform potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing Salesforce based solutions.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and process automation.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce configurations or custom code.
Ensure data integrity by implementing data migration, validation, and maintenance tasks.
Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and certifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent degree).
Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools.
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Minimum 01 year of experience.
