What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, etc.)
- Plan and execute data-driven campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and boost customer engagement
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Optmize website performance and user experience using analytics tools
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other internal teams to align marketing strategies
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital innovation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing or a related role
- Hands-on experience with major digital tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Creative thinking and ability to turn strategy into compelling content and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
