We're looking for driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Business Development Executive, where you’ll work with international clients and help grow our business on platforms like Upwork. Your Responsibilities:
- Reach out and respond to clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write persuasive proposals and follow-ups that get noticed.
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent written and spoken English.
- Generate leads, explore new markets, and help close deals.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: BS in English, BBA, or any business/communication-related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in bidding, client communication, or freelance platforms like Upwork.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with night shift (7 PM – 4 AM PKT).
