We are a software-based company specializing in innovative data solutions and software products. We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior/Associate Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python programming, specifically in data scraping and mining, and will be eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for web scraping and data mining projects.
- Use libraries like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, and Selenium for data extraction.
- Perform data processing and transformation using tools like Pandas and NumPy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data scraping and processing.
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving the efficiency of data workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, with a focus on data scraping and mining.
- Proficiency in web scraping libraries like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Selenium.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scraping dynamic websites.
- Experience with data processing libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git is a plus.
