Sales Representative - Printing / Packaging

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Personnel with a strong background in the printing and packaging industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience and must excel in communication, sales techniques, and technical knowledge. A valid driving license is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our printing and packaging products and services.
Identify and target potential clients within the industry.
Build and manage a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.
Actively pursue sales opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies
Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years experience in the printing and packaging industry
Strong knowledge of printing and packaging processes, materials, and technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technical knowledge in printing and packaging is a significant advantage.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
