We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Female Telemarketing and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential clients over the phone, as well as maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, engaging potential clients in meaningful conversations about our solutions.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Fluency in Urdu and English is a plus.
