We are seeking a results-driven and motivated IT Hardware/Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT hardware and software solutions.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Conduct research and development activities to identify potential clients and target industries.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions to meet their business objectives.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT hardware and software.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

Collaborate with clients to understand budget constraints and negotiate terms.

Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT hardware/software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
