Air Castle Travel, a dynamic UK based travel agency, seeks a highly skilled Facebook, Google, Microsoft Ads and E-mail (Newsletter) Marketing Expert with a proven track record in targeting a potential UK based audience and optimizing the budget of campaigns. As part of our team, you will design, implement, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and other platforms to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize highly effective Facebook & Google, Microsoft Ads campaigns for UK based targeted audiences to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis for UK demographics to optimize targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with agents and internal stakeholders to align ad strategies with UK travel lead generation and sales goals.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and calls-to-action for maximum user engagement and conversions.
- Set up and manage tracking systems (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics) for accurate campaign performance measurement.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data, making data-driven optimizations for improved results.
- Implement remarketing and dynamic product ads to re-engage UK prospects and customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates for UK-focused campaigns.
- Provide performance reports and actionable recommendations to UK clients.
- Creating E-Mail marketing campaign and improving landing ages UI as per the requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in generating leads and driving travel sales for UK based customers through Facebook, Google, Microsoft Ads and e-mail (Newsletter) Marketing.
- Expertise in meta-ads and lead generation strategies to drive travel sales.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Brevo platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, audience segmentation, and targeting.
- Analytical mindset to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated in digital advertising and e-commerce.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred.
