A European textile buying company is looking for a competent, experienced, self-motivated individual to assess and audit its production facilities (factories) for Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Environmental Compliance. The candidate must fulfil the following requirements:

Eight years or more experience with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Lead Auditor Corporate Responsibility
with an international corporate responsibility compliance audit company.
Good understanding of local labor laws.
Understanding of the supply chain challenges and complexities.
Possess in-depth auditing skills to:
Check for social compliance in workers’ wages & benefits and health & safety.
Check for environmental compliance.
Effluent Treatment Plant & Chemical Management.
Conduct production traceability
Ability to work with and hold management of production facilities responsible and accountable for non-compliance.
Ability to work with and guide production facilities management for time-bound corrective action and remedial plan.
Conduct training programs in production facilities

Basically, a suitable candidate will be required to understand, implement, and manage a comprehensive Corporate Responsibility and Environmental Compliance program already established as per the requirements of a specific European retail chain.
