• MORNING TIMING: 9:00AM TO 3:00PM 
  • EVENING TIMING: 3:00PM TO 9:00PM 
  • NIGHT TIMING: 9:00PM TO 9:00AM
  • Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, or face-to-face
  • Handle admission, discharge and administration of residents
  • To perform reception duties such as handle incoming calls, email/ phone enquiries
  • Receive payments and administer the payment process including handling of cash
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication
  • Handle patients complaints with effective problem-solving skills
  • Prepare bills and take payments
  • Deal with complaints or problems
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
  • Schedule and confirm Doctor's appointments.
  • Enter customer data and send correspondence
  • Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records

About You

  • Proven experience in customer service or reception roles.
  • Young & Energetic. Strong dispute management and resolution skills. 
  • Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail. 
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist

Requirements 

You Should Have: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At Least 3 To 4 Year Of Experience, Preferably Of Handling Front Desk Or Looking After Customer Services 
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills And Be Customer-Oriented 
  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Basic Computer Applications Such As Microsoft Office 
  • Ability To Multi-Task And Work Effectively In Teams As Well As Independently In A Fast-Paced, Professional Environment 
  • Ability To Handle Stressful Situations And Meet Stringent Deadlines 
  • Good Problem-Solving, Creative And Critical Thinking Skills 
  • Willingness To Work In All Shifts, Including Mornings, Evenings And Nights.
