The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, can provide customer support, can-do attitude, be eager to learn new things and be passionate about sales & cold calling.
Experience Required:
- Must have 2-3 years of sales experience in any UK/USA Based Call Center.
Qualification Required:
- O Levels or A Levels with BSC / Graduation in Marketing or Any Discipline is a Plus
- Preference will be given to those who have done IELTS or any Spoken English Course from any reputed institution

Responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing customers to generate sales.
- Drafting
- Answering calls to handle queries and convert calls into sales
- Answering chat queries and converting that chat into sales
- Identify new clients to mature sales
- Cold Calling to new clients
- Virtual Assistance
- Customer Support
- Follow up with new prospects to get feedback about demo classes and generate sales
- Any other task assigned by the management
