Inbound Call Center Representatives needed who can answer high volume calls, create booking , assist customer, provide excellent customer support and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns or complaints
- Answer Calls, create booking. Dispatch , communicate with drivers and customers
- Help is social media and digital media / Marketing.
- Hard working and motivated to learn , take responsibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Requirement:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume inbound call center within the last three years
- Ability to work shift work including days, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ENGLISH
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a positive professional demeanor and composure when handling escalated calls
