Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, actively listening to their requirements, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information to position our offerings effectively.
  • Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner in English.
  • Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
  • Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
  • Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
  • Work in a fast-paced Collection / AR environment, providing help-ful while enhancing the customer’s rental experience.

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Minimum 02-05 Years Experience (Fluent in English & Call Center experience is mandatory)
