Debt Collection Specialist

Al Emad Car Rental, a leading name in the car rental industry, seeks a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Debt collection Specialist at our Karachi office. If you are passionate about the Collection sector and have a proven track record of success in the industry, we want to hear from you!

Contacting debtors by telephone to enact and negotiate debt recovery.
Preventing repeated payment delinquency by negotiating manageable debt payments.
Developing debt collection strategies and plans.
Sending statements of delinquencies and satisfied debts to the Credit Bureau, as well as purging records where debts have been satisfied.
Discussing debts with customers and creating a payment plan that allows them to pay what they owe
Collecting payments via credit card or direct debit via phone
Negotiating settlements to accept a percentage of the debt
Logging every contact attempt and the outcome of the contact
Removing settled debts and deceased individuals from records
Updating credit files when debts are satisfied
Beginning legal proceedings, such as foreclosure or repossession, when debts can’t be settled.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
Ability to use Excel sheets, and have good typing speed for chatting process on what's app
Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in problem-solving
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum 02–05 Years Experience (Fluent in English & Sales / Customer Service experience is mandatory)
If the Candidate has experience in accounts receivable, that will be an added advantage.
