We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Female Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and exceptional communication skills to effectively contact and engage with corporate clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients to promote and sell company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify potential leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Gender: Female (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, telemarketing, or a related field (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
