Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop innovative and effective visual design concepts that align with our brand identity.
2. Create stunning visual elements, including typography, graphics, and imagery.
3. Collaborate with our team to design marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and social media assets.
4. Develop and maintain our brand's visual style guide.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
6. Provide design support for our digital platforms, including website and social media.
Requirements:
1. Hands-on experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team.
2. Color chemistry knowledge: Strong understanding of color theory, color palettes, and color management.
3. Impressive portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
4. Proficiency in design software: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
5. Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to our team and stakeholders.
6. Collaborative mindset: Willingness to work collaboratively with our team to achieve design goals.
