We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetics Sales Supervisor to join our team at our Retail Store Outlet. As a Cosmetics Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the cosmetics sales team, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management: Supervise and motivate the cosmetics sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

2. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and expand market share.

3. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including product recommendations, demonstrations, and after-sales support.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on cosmetics products, including new launches, promotions, and trends.

5. Visual Merchandising: Ensure that cosmetics displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards.

6. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify stock shortages, and request replenishments as needed.

7. Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cosmetics sales or a related field, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

4. Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
