We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Finance Manager to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the construction company, and will possess all the essential skills to manage and oversee our financial operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, with a focus on the construction sector
- In-depth knowledge of financial strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting specific to construction projects
- Proven experience in managing project-based finances and working with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Strong understanding of construction financial software and tools
- Ability to lead a finance team and collaborate effectively with project managers and other departments
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential financial information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
