We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry, and will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Identify and target potential customers in various industries that require packaging solutions.
Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing them with tailored packaging solutions to meet their needs.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitors, and trends in the packaging industry.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Present packaging solutions to clients, prepare quotations, and handle negotiations effectively.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products, services, and packaging technologies to provide accurate information to clients.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and services are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Good understanding of the packaging industry and market dynamics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed.
