1. Identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and negotiating deals and contracts to help the company grow and expand in the real estate industry
  2. Collaborate with the manager business development to implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  3. Conduct  market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth in sales sector
  4. identify potential clients and pitch the company's products to them through customized sales pitches
  5. work with Manager Business Development to monitor sales progress and adjust sales strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets.
  6. Achieve individual and team sales taergets
  7. Build and maintain positive and strong relationships with client and stakeholders to ensure high level of satisfaction
  8. provide exceptional customer service and ensure prompt and effective resolution of any customer issues or conerns.
  9. Develop and maintain accurate and up to date sales reports and forecasts.
