Key Responsibilities:

Store Management

Oversee the daily operations of the foam store branch.
Ensure the branch is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain updated product displays, promotional materials, and price tags.

Sales & Customer Service

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Provide expert product knowledge to customers, including material types, firmness, and sizes.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Build relationships with walk-in and returning customers to drive repeat business.

Team Leadership

Supervise sales staff, schedule shifts, and assign daily responsibilities.
Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
Monitor staff performance and ensure a positive, motivated team environment.

Inventory Control

Maintain optimal stock levels of foam mattresses, cushions, and accessories.
Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishments.
Ensure proper storage and handling of foam products to prevent damage.

Cash Handling & Reporting

Manage daily sales transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports and share with head office.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of billing/POS systems.

Marketing & Promotions

Implement in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns effectively.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer trends and preferences.

Working Conditions:

Based at a retail showroom/branch.
May require weekend and holiday work, depending on customer flow.
