Responsible for Donor feedback (all countries)-complete process Ensure donation receipts for all Pakistan’s donors.
To Maintain separate accounts for all major donors.
Continuous improvement with regular feedback, project visits and experience.
Project visits will be authorized by Head of Program)
Monthly project reports Assist Head of Program for program related documentations and processes.
Monitor project delivery timelines and highlight any delays.
Develop internal process of project delivery and compliance processes. Maintain project delivery documents.
Maintain updated projects delivery status report.
Coordination with ground team through Head of Program.
You will be working under Head of Program (operationally) but need to follow policies and procedures developed by UK Team.
Complete understanding of CRM and CMS for all countries Play your role for digitalization of feedback process.
Ensure automated reports and processes and minimize manual dependencies
