Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, production coordination, and R&D activities related to the brand’s perfume category. The role involves close collaboration with fragrance houses, raw material suppliers, packaging teams, and internal departments to ensure timely development, testing, and launch of high-quality fragrance products. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of fragrance formulation, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate end-to-end product development for the perfume category—from concept to final product.
Liaise with fragrance houses, labs, and suppliers for sample development, trials, and formula evaluation.
Support R&D activities including stability testing, fragrance compatibility, raw material research, and innovation exploration.
Work closely with the production team to plan and monitor batch trials, production runs, and packaging coordination.
Ensure all formulas and raw materials comply with industry regulations (IFRA, safety data, etc.).
Manage documentation including technical data sheets, formulation records, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Collaborate with design and marketing teams for new product briefs and packaging development.
Track project timelines, costings, and supplier lead times to meet launch schedules.
Assist in vendor development and sourcing of new raw materials and fragrance variants.
Ensure high product quality by coordinating with QA/QC for production approvals and lab testing.
