Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Fashion Department (Bags, Watches, Shoes)
- Manage inventory, product displays, and ensure stock availability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue
- Build strong relationships with fashion vendors and suppliers
- Supervise and train the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product assortment
