Accounts Executive

We are seeking a results oriented Executive Accounts to join its Store Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and contributing to the overall financial health of the store department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Enter financial data accurately and efficiently into the accounting software.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent data entry and analytical skills.
