Al Tamimi Global Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Steward Team Lead. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in team coordination and hygiene practices to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met across all operational areas. This role requires a strong focus on communication and time management to effectively lead the team and ensure efficiency in daily tasks. The Steward Team Lead will play a critical role in maintaining safe, clean, and organized kitchen environments while exhibiting a great attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards compliance. The position demands a candidate who is team-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating an environment of excellence and cooperation.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and coordinate a team to ensure effective daily operations in alignment with company policies and standards.
Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members while monitoring performances and providing constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and protocols in all kitchen operations and dining areas, conducting regular inspections.
Train team members on the proper use and maintenance of cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote safety and efficiency.
Maintain a detailed inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools to perform their duties.
Establish routines and checklists to guarantee that all cleaning tasks are completed promptly and to the highest standards.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication among team members.
Report any maintenance or operational issues to the management promptly to minimize disruptions in work flows.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to continually improve team skills and knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to improve efficiency and service quality.
