We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Manager to oversee and manage our growing real estate operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of real estate sales, managing property listings, developing new business opportunities, and leading a team of real estate professionals. You will work closely with clients, investors, and internal teams to ensure that Al Umer Associates continues to thrive in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Management: Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors; negotiate deals and manage property transactions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents to meet sales goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Property Marketing: Oversee property listings, ensuring visibility and effective promotion.
  • Business Development: Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the agency’s reach.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
