We are looking for a Female Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow company-established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal control guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and post financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with company-maintained SOPs and internal control policies.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and expense tracking.
- Maintain and organize financial records for audits and internal reviews.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Support the preparation of financial reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Ability to work independently while following company guidelines.
