Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and organized accountant to manage the finances and accounting operations of our gas station located in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, be proficient with digital tools, and have prior experience in a similar role. This is a part-time position, suitable for candidates looking to balance work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Management:

Record and maintain daily accounting entries.
Track daily sales and generate financial reports.
Prepare invoices and manage supplier payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and account monitoring.

2. Stock Management:

Monitor and control fuel and product inventory.
Update stock entries on the HQTS Gas Station Management software.

3. Reporting and Audits:

Prepare periodic financial reports for management.
Assist with internal and external audits as needed.

4. Data Entry on HQTS Software:

Accurately input financial and operational data into HQTS software.
Use the software to optimize operational tracking.

5. Other Duties:

Assist with payroll management for employees.
Prepare and submit tax declarations for the gas station.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a gas station or a similar environment.
Proficiency in accounting tools and the ability to work with HQTS Gas Station Management software.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with part-time hours.

Work Location: Gas station in Karachi.
Hours: Part-time, to be determined based on availability (morning or afternoon shifts).
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
