We are looking for an in-house Accountant who would manage your business and do everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to creating annual budgets and reports.

The positions required are:

Establishment of sales invoices for our customers
Preparation of daily sales journals
Sales follow-up
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Communicate with our suppliers to keep track of invoices to be paid
Communicate with our customers to keep our customer accounts up to date
Prepare monthly cash statements to inform management of the amount of cash needed to meet current business obligations
Prepare monthly budgets to set objectives and analyze variances to assess why these objectives are not achieved
Coordinate with our external accountants by submitting our logs to them, assisting them in preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and annual financial statements
