Qualifications & Required Skill Set:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Sales background or relevant certifications in the Chemical industry is a plus.
6-8 months of experience in sales & Marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of a company.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities, with a focus on creating win-win solutions for both the company and clients.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including project bidding, networking events, and online platforms.
Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proactive and resilient attitude towards achieving sales goals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and propose innovative solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for effective pipeline management and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
