• Get involved in our hiring process – posting job ads, checking out resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help new team members get settled with onboarding and orientation.
  • Keep our employee records up to date, including tracking attendance and leaves.
  • Assist in setting up training sessions and other development programs.
  • Be the go-to person for answering basic HR-related questions from our team.
  • Keep our office humming by managing supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Event planning, coordinating meetings, conferences, and other happenings.
  • Make sure phone calls and emails find their way to the right folks.
  • Arranging travel and expense reports, including booking staff flights/trains and hotels for business travelers.
  • Handling booking flights or trains for our business travelers and make sure everyone's got their transportation and lodging sorted.
  • Assist team members in booking of flight tickets going for vacations.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Be the guardian of our HR policies, ensuring we're in line with labor laws and regulations.
  • Keep our paperwork in shipshape order, from HR documents to general administrative stuff.
  • Pitch in with payroll processing and benefits administration.
