Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major Customers to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements/develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product and service to offer more services and products to retain customer
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives/needs
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Take feedback from customers and share it with support team for process improvement
  •  Carry out cold calling and source new leads through social media (New Customer Acquisition)
  • Ensure, follow-up on all enquiries on which client has not responded yet to analyze the reason for not successfully getting the order on the inquiry
  • Responsible for follow-up with Customer for Purchase/Work order, signed delivery challan, service report.
  • Maintain Database of equipment suppliers/vendors/Customers
  • Generate new business leads from prospective customer as assigned
  • Liaison with finance department for timely client invoicing (Providing supporting documents for example: Client PO/WO, Signed delivery challan/service report)
  • Liaison with Logistics department for any query related to freight/transportation and packaging   quotations except for the cases which involves dealing with DHL or any other airline/courier service directly.
  • Maintain delivery follow-ups with store and logistics department
  • Keep up servicing job coordination with service department
  •  Must communicate in an effective way through a uniformed email presentation (avoid grammatical , spelling  mistakes , proper formatting)
  • Prepare weekly analysis report, where mentioning status of all the inquiries received in the prevailing week along with the status of all previous inquiries which are ongoing at any stage.
  • Ensure workplace and health and safety requirements, policies and procedures, timeliness and consistent quality of work followed strictly
  • Other than your main responsibilities, any other responsibility assigned by the management which may be needed from time to time
  • Sales Target to be achieved

Monthly Target  New clients = AED 20,000, Existing leads = AED 125,000             

Yearly Target New Clients = AED 240,000, Existing Leads = AED 1.5 million
