Alfalah Insurance is hiring a Complaint Resolution Officer to address client complaints and ensure effective grievance resolution. Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, this role ensures compliance with policies and SECP regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor and evaluate complaint management performance.
- Prepare quarterly analysis and progress reports.
- Collaborate with the call center to improve processes.
- Track KPIs like resolution time, escalation rate, and first-contact resolution.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and time management.
Preferred: Female candidates with relevant experience.
