Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished lubricant products
Ensure products meet quality standards and industry specifications (e.g., ASTM, SAE, ISO)
Assist in R&D for new formulations and product improvements
Maintain lab equipment and ensure safe laboratory practices
Accurately document and report test results
Collaborate with production and technical teams for process optimization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a lubricant, petrochemical, or chemical lab environment
Strong understanding of chemical testing methods and lab instrumentation
Knowledge of lubricant properties and formulations is a plus
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
