Alif Holdings is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the finishing aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on quality control and project management. As a key player in our team, the Construction Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the construction process, from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all operations meet company standards and client expectations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently allocate resources and develop realistic project schedules. The Construction Supervisor will leverage their extensive experience to identify potential issues early and implement corrective measures, maintaining a smooth workflow throughout the construction phases. While this role does not involve managing a team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding on-site personnel and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality guidelines.
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the finishing phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project schedules that align with project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors, providing feedback and direction to ensure compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and address any discrepancies.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with project plans, documenting any delays or issues that arise.
Manage resource allocation by evaluating project needs and determining the appropriate materials, equipment, and personnel required for successful completion.
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify construction issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including upper management, contractors, and clients, to facilitate cooperation and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budget forecasts, for management review.
