Exports Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Coordinator to manage our export processes. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, planning, and executing the export of goods to various countries in compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and managing all aspects of export operations, including packing, shipping, and delivery
Ensuring compliance with domestic and international trade regulations and standards
Preparing and maintaining all necessary export documentation in accordance with regulations
Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods
Resolving any issues related to the export process such as delays, damages, or lost shipments
Maintaining detailed records of all export transactions for auditing and reporting purposes
Providing customer service to international clients and responding to their inquiries
Monitoring changes in export laws and regulations and updating company policies accordingly
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to forecast export sales and plan shipping schedules

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Strong knowledge of customs procedures and logistics management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills
Dependable and punctual
