We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the expansion of our medical billing services into global markets. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow our client base, especially within the US healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new clients for medical billing services, with a focus on international markets, particularly the US.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and foster business growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify client needs and understand competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively to close deals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical billing or healthcare services.
- Familiarity with medical billing terminology, processes, and industry trends is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Comfort with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
